Corporate Communication & IR Executive

As a Corporate Communication & IR Executive at our company, you will be responsible for developing and implementing internal and external communication strategies to support the brands reputation and positioning. You will draft engaging newsletters, employee communications, corporate announcements, and leadership messages. Your role will involve managing media relations, drafting press releases, and coordinating PR efforts to ensure positive media coverage. Additionally, you will create content for websites, social media platforms, campaigns, and marketing materials with a strong focus on brand consistency. It will be your responsibility to maintain and enhance the companys digital presence across all platforms. You will also collaborate on the development and design of quarterly employee magazines like ZIM Connect. In terms of Investor Relations, you will assist in preparing quarterly earnings presentations, annual reports, and earnings call materials. You will coordinate communications related to AGMs and Board Meetings, including newspaper notices. Your role will involve ensuring timely and accurate updates to the Investor Relations section of the company website. You will be required to analyze financial reports, industry trends, and competitor data to support strategic decision-making. Additionally, you will create briefing documents, FAQs, and presentations for senior leadership. Your support in relationship-building with analysts, institutional investors, and key stakeholders will be crucial. Moreover, you will design and deliver internal and external communications for CSR and ESG initiatives. You will support community engagement efforts and actively participate in CSR programs. Your responsibilities will include compiling ESG data and managing sustainability communications and reporting processes. In addition to the above key responsibilities, you will support internal communication campaigns through digital and creative content. You will be in charge of managing the ZIM Laboratories Limited Website along with its subsidiary websites. Your role will involve managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders while meeting tight deadlines. Furthermore, you will be responsible for writing high-quality content for reports, blogs, presentations, and creative campaigns.,
