SambharSa is a South Indian restaurant chain with 7 outlets in Jaipur, Ahmedabad & Pune. The restaurant was founded in 2019 by South Indian food enthusiasts who wanted to bring authentic South Indian flavors to their hometown. SambharSa promises genuine South Indian cuisine in a traditional ambiance that reflects the simplicity of homes in South India.

Role Description

To standardise taste, control food cost, reduce outlet-level chef dependency, and enable smooth franchise & multi-city expansion of Sambharsa. This is not a daily cooking role. It is a systems, training, and quality role.

1. Overseeing food and recipe standardization across outlets.
2. Kitchen SOPs & Training
3. New Product Development (Controlled)
4. Manage food costings and implement best practices for efficient and optimized operations.
5. Keep track of food-related ratings/feedback on all online platforms, including Swiggy/Zomato.

Qualifications

• The minimum F&B industry experience is 10 years
• Experience in South Indian Kitchen is mandatory.
• Food Service and Food & Beverage management skills
• Culinary Management experience
• Creativity and innovation in menu planning
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A culinary degree or certification is a plus
