Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Corporate Banker based in Hyderabad. The Corporate Banker will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with corporate clients, identifying financial needs, and offering customized banking solutions. Duties include evaluating creditworthiness, structuring and recommending loan proposals, and ensuring timely resolution of client queries. The Corporate Banker will also focus on generating leads, fostering partnerships, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends, banking regulations, and financial products to provide strategic advice to clients.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of corporate banking products, including loans, trade finance, and cash management.
• Experience in client relationship management and business development to grow and maintain corporate accounts.
• Analytical skills for assessing creditworthiness, structuring financial solutions, and understanding financial statements.
• Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance standards to ensure risk management and adherence to policies.
• Proficient communication and negotiation skills, along with the ability to deliver clear solutions to complex financial needs.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Familiarity with financial markets, trends, and economic conditions to guide strategic decision-making for corporate clients.
• Proven ability to work independently while managing responsibilities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in financial tools, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems is advantageous.
