Salary : 10 -12 lakhs per annum + performance-based bonuses

Role & responsibilities

• Proactively identify new opportunities and drive sales in our

  corporate t-shirts and promotional t-shirts segment

• Proactively identify new opportunities and drive sales in our

  school uniform t-shirts segment

  .
• Develop marketing strategies by researching high potential prospects.
• Maintain & enhance customer relationship through enquiry follow-up, branding service and supply chain support & management
• Identify opportunities at events (HR meetups), trade shows, corporate events, etc.
• Identify market trends and business opportunities for expansion of business.
• Cultivate strong business relationships with existing and potential customers.

Preferred candidate profile

• Master's degree with relevant experience in corporate apparel sales.
• 10+ years of experience in business development, sales and order sourcing.
• Knowledge and experience of textile construction and development (fiber, processing, dyeing, finishing and testing) (Preferred)
• Knowledge and experience in apparel production and supply chain management from product development to wholesale (Preferred)
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills, and networking skills
• Strong ownership and willingness to move things forward
• Willingness to travel. (Mandatory)
