Salary : 10 -12 lakhs per annum + performance-based bonuses Role Overview:We are looking for a seasoned Senior Business Development Manager with at least 10 years of experience in the infant clothing industry - specifically in wholesale. The ideal candidate will have a strong network, proven leadership in sales strategy, and deep market knowledge. Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute growth strategies for the wholesale infant apparel marketIdentify new business opportunities and build strong distributor partnershipsNegotiate and close high-value dealsConduct market research and competitor analysisCollaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and quality deliveriesRepresent the brand at trade shows and industry eventsReport sales metrics and forecasts to senior leadership Target: Proactively reach out to a minimum of 100 boutique stores per month to generate wholesale sales partnerships within the infant apparel segment.
