T-Shirts Corporate and Promotional Business Development Order Sourcing Manager

As a Sales Manager for corporate t-shirts, promotional t-shirts, and school uniform segment, your role will involve proactively identifying new sales opportunities, developing marketing strategies, maintaining customer relationships, and identifying market trends for business expansion. You will be responsible for driving sales in each segment, building key customer relationships, and closing business deals while staying updated on current market conditions. Key Responsibilities: - Proactively identify and drive sales in the corporate t-shirts and promotional t-shirts segment as well as the school uniform t-shirts segment. - Develop marketing strategies by researching high potential prospects. - Maintain and enhance customer relationships through enquiry follow-up, branding service, and supply chain support & management. - Identify opportunities at events such as HR meetups, trade shows, and corporate events. - Identify market trends and business opportunities for business expansion. - Cultivate strong business relationships with existing and potential customers. Qualifications Required: - Master's degree with relevant experience in corporate apparel sales. - 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, and order sourcing. - Knowledge and experience of textile construction and development (fiber, processing, dyeing, finishing, and testing) is preferred. - Knowledge and experience in apparel production and supply chain management from product development to wholesale is preferred. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills. - Strong ownership and willingness to drive initiatives forward. - Willingness to travel is mandatory.
