We are seeking an ideal candidate who is motivated, organized, and creative to drive sales in our corporate t-shirts, promotional t-shirts, and school uniform segment. As a part of our team, you will be responsible for developing new business through marketing strategies and sales efforts. Your role will involve building key customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and closing deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions. The salary offered for this position is 10-12 lakhs per annum, along with performance-based bonuses. Your responsibilities will include proactively identifying new opportunities and driving sales in our corporate t-shirts and promotional t-shirts segment, as well as in our school uniform t-shirts segment. You will be required to develop marketing strategies by researching high potential prospects and maintaining and enhancing customer relationships through enquiry follow-up, branding service, and supply chain support & management. Additionally, you will be expected to identify opportunities at events such as HR meetups, trade shows, corporate events, etc., and to identify market trends and business opportunities for the expansion of our business. The preferred candidate profile for this position includes a Master's degree with relevant experience in corporate apparel sales, along with 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, and order sourcing. Knowledge and experience of textile construction and development, as well as apparel production and supply chain management from product development to wholesale, are preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills are essential, along with a strong sense of ownership and willingness to drive projects forward. Travel will be required for this position.
