The responsibilities for this position include liaising with stakeholders at various levels, including Central-level authorities such as Forest, Environment, and Pollution Control Board for approvals. You will need to align efforts with Group Corporate Affairs to streamline processes and expedite decision-making. Acting as the primary liaison with State-level authorities, you will be responsible for securing necessary approvals and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will facilitate smooth business operations by coordinating with authorities like Revenue, Forests & Environments, etc. It will be essential to establish effective communication channels with district magistrate, SDO, and Police Department to facilitate timely approvals and resolve regulatory issues. In terms of land acquisition and statutory approvals, you will spearhead land acquisition efforts for expansion projects and obtain statutory approvals for new thermal projects, ensuring compliance with legal procedures. Relationship management will be a key aspect of the role, involving the development and execution of annual relationship management initiatives with authorities at State and District levels. Coordinating VIP visits to sites to showcase operational excellence will also be part of your responsibilities. You will need to focus on brand image enhancement through crisis communication, cultivating relationships with local and English media to enhance brand visibility. Monitoring vigilance information and mitigating risks related to agitations and anti-company propaganda will be crucial. It will also be important to enhance the Adani Group brand image by articulating CSR initiatives and ethics. Furthermore, you will be responsible for ensuring the training and development of team members to foster a culture of continuous learning. Qualifications for this role include an MBA/B.Tech/Graduation with at least 20+ years of experience.,
