Your role
The role is within the Corporate Actions & Income Processing Department in the Capital Markets Securities Operations function in Pune. The primary role of the Corporate Actions Analyst is the front to back processing of Corporate Action & Income Processing events for the US region. The candidate must handle asset movements (cash and stock) related to Survivor Options, mergers, redemptions, income processing, and Proxy and Class Action support. The candidate will also be responsible for reconciling balances and producing various risk reports in addition to being a point of contact for any Business Partners or Operations colleagues.Experience in Asset Servicing, specific to a retail client base is a plus. Candidate should be familiar with current market practices and policies. This role is for the evening shift supporting US market hours.
Your team
The Corporate Actions & Income Processing Department manages global positions through the lifecycle of corporate events, on multiple products including foreign and domestic Equity, Fixed Income, Mortgage Backed Securities, and US Treasury instruments. We service the Global Wealth Management business in the United States, which includes Financial Advisors, Client Service Representatives, and our Capital Markets business partners.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledgeable in DTC’s platform, and reading swifts a plus
- Knowledgeable of Mandatory & Income Corporate Actions processing a plus
