Job Title: Technical Lead (JL5) – Finacle Customization Location: Hyderabad Experience: 6+ years Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Lead to join our Finacle Product Customization and Implementation team. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product R&D and QA to design, build, and deliver customized solutions that align with client requirements and business goals. Key Responsibilities: Lead the customization and implementation of solutions on Finacle and associated technologies. Collaborate with teams to gather business requirements, design detailed technical solutions, and oversee development. Create and review high- and low-level design artifacts. Perform code reviews, guide development teams with pseudocode and task breakdowns. Ensure project timelines and deliverables are met with high quality. Train and mentor a team of 4–8 engineers; manage schedules and estimations. Participate in knowledge management and continuous process improvements. Ensure adherence to SDLC and Agile methodologies. Required Technical Skills: Strong hands-on experience in: UI/backend customization, Shell scripting, Oracle (PL/SQL), Java, JSP, JavaScript Deep understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile practices Experience with source control tools : Git, Bitbucket, SVN Exposure to build tools : Eclipse, Visual Studio, etc. Solid understanding of architectural patterns, design principles , and integration models Preferred / Added Advantage: Experience in Finacle customization and implementation Familiarity with configuration and release management practices Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
