Core MERN Stack Developer : 2+ Years Experience

We are hiring a Core MERN Stack Developer with minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in MERN Stack development.

Experience Required
2+ Years (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize full-stack web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
• Build scalable RESTful APIs and integrate frontend with backend services
• Design and manage MongoDB schemas, indexing, and performance optimization
• Implement authentication and authorization (JWT, role-based access)
• Develop responsive and reusable React components
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code using JavaScript and TypeScript
• Deploy and manage applications on AWS (EC2, S3, IAM, CloudWatch)
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated builds and deployments
• Containerize applications using Docker and Docker Compose
• Configure Nginx as a reverse proxy and manage SSL certificates
• Monitor applications, debug production issues, and ensure high availability
• Collaborate with design, QA, and product teams

Required Skills

Frontend

• React.js (Hooks, Context API)
• Next.js knowledge is a plus
• HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind / Bootstrap

Backend

• Node.js & Express.js
• REST APIs (GraphQL is a plus)
• API security and middleware

Database

• MongoDB with Mongoose
• Query optimization & data modeling

Languages

• JavaScript (ES6+)
• TypeScript (Preferred)

Cloud & DevOps

• AWS (EC2, S3, basic IAM)
• Docker & Docker Compose
• CI/CD (GitHub Actions / GitLab CI)
• PM2 & Linux basics

Tools

• Git & GitHub
• Postman / Swagger
• Jira / ClickUp
