Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 3 to 8 years of experience in retail core banking to join our team. The ideal candidate should have detailed functional knowledge of loans life cycle and deposit life cycle.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and process transactions related to retail banking products, including savings, current accounts, and fixed deposits.
Evaluate and analyze different types of balances, such as current and available funds.
Understand and process value/non-value transactions, including fees and interest cycles.
Maintain accurate records and reports of account and customer life cycles.
Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless execution of retail banking operations.
Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.

Job Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail core banking or a related field.
Strong understanding of retail banking products, including savings, current accounts, and fixed deposits.
Experience with different types of balances, such as current and available funds.
Knowledge of value/non-value transactions, including fees and interest cycles.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Retail core banking experience is mandatory.
No investment banking resources will be considered for this role.
Basic evaluation for ANZ to be covered L1 interview.
Understanding of different retail banking products - Saving, Current, FD.
Familiarity with various transactional fees and non-transactional fees.
Knowledge of account and customer life cycles.
Understanding of interest and fees life cycle.
Details on transaction and non-transaction fees.
