Role Overview

As a Copywriter at MotionGility, you will play a key role in shaping the messaging for videos, campaigns, and brand communications. Your primary responsibility will be to create clear, engaging, and persuasive content that connects with global audiences across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Write clear, persuasive, and personalized cold emails to decision-makers.
• Develop email sequences for outreach, follow-ups, nurturing, and re-engagement campaigns.
• Build, manage, and segment email lists based on industry, geography, and buyer persona.
• Write compelling email copy with strong CTAs to drive responses and meeting conversions.
• Track and analyze campaign metrics — open rates, click-through rates, response rates, and conversions.
• Conduct A/B testing on subject lines and content to improve engagement.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and audience targeting.
• Ensure all email copy follows best practices for deliverability, clarity, and engagement.
• Maintain a consistent tone and messaging across all communication.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in email marketing, lead generation, or outbound campaigns.
• Strong command over written English and the ability to craft persuasive, personalized messages.
• Ability to simplify complex ideas into clear, value-driven messaging
• Basic understanding of B2B marketing and outreach strategies.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and accountable in meeting performance targets.
• Familiarity with cold outreach and email marketing tools is a plus (Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, etc.).
