Ensure least-privilege access models are followed for sensitive data.
2. Platform Configuration and Administration
Configure platform settings, plugins, and embedded experiences.
Manage onboarding and provisioning of users and teams.
Oversee integration with CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics 365, Salesforce) for Copilot for Service.
3. Security and Compliance Oversight
Apply conditional access policies to protect AI interactions.
Monitor usage and ensure compliance with enterprise security standards.
Coordinate with Security Administrators to manage sensitive data access.
4. User Enablement and Support
Facilitate training and enablement for contributors and end users.
Troubleshoot permission-related issues and ensure smooth user experience.
Act as liaison between business units and technical teams.
