Job Description

Responsibilities:

Support the Production Management team throughout the full lifecycle of film production.
Collaborate closely with internal teams and external production partners to ensure smooth operations.
Assist in budgeting, scheduling, and paperwork related to film production.
Maintain and leverage vendor and crew relationships to support production needs.
Track progress and ensure alignment with production timelines and Netflix standards.
Communicate effectively with teams, demonstrating discretion and maintaining confidentiality.
Manage multiple responsibilities and respond to priorities with agility and thoroughness.
Contribute to post-production planning, including understanding of VFX workflows and AI-enabled tools where applicable.

Qualifications & Experience:

810 years of hands-on film production experience.
Experience as an Executive Producer or Line Producer, with at least 56 long-format content pieces (Feature Films or OTT Series).
Strong budgeting skills and experience managing production finances.
Deep understanding of traditional production schedules and paperwork.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to multitask in fast-paced, team-oriented environments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Google Workspace applications.
Knowledge of post-production processes, VFX workflows, and AI tools is a plus.
