Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Content Localization & Strategy:

Lead title launches for Indian content across multiple genres (scripted films, series, variety shows, documentaries) from localization strategy to execution.
Act as the main point of contact for Globalization teams regarding India content and marketing localization.
Centralize localization strategy, share context, and maintain accountability across global title-launch teams (Language Management, Partner Engagement, etc.).
Define content localization approaches in partnership with stakeholders, ensuring creative quality and seamless member experience.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Coordinate with Operations, Dubbing, Content, Engineering, PDP Creative, Product Localization, Language Management, Marketing, Customer Service, Legal, and Design to align localization schedules and development efforts.
Advocate for Globalization initiatives to local stakeholders and ensure local market business and member needs are communicated to global teams.

Operational Excellence:

Own and manage the India slate localization budget.
Analyze localization data, identify inefficiencies, and optimize workflows in collaboration with functional teams.
Drive process improvements and ensure high standards of quality and scalability across localized content.
