Coordinator

The Coordinator position at Eminence Health Solutions is a fast-paced and dynamic role where you will play an integral part in impacting patient lives within the telehealth industry. Your main responsibility will be to assist Radiologists in maintaining a balanced workload by reassigning cases in a timely manner from various clients. This position will require you to work shifts in the evenings, on weekends, and holidays. Your primary responsibilities will include reducing the number of outliers by reassigning cases and manually balancing workloads, taking incoming phone calls, aiding in controlling Turn Around Times (TATs), managing pending exams, reassigning where possible, assigning cases to radiologists at the beginning of their shifts, conversing with Client hospitals, and coordinating with the IT department as needed. The job requires you to provide administrative and organizational support to radiologists and clients. You must be computer literate in multiple disciplines and possess excellent interpersonal skills with strong oral and written communication abilities. It is essential to work in a professional manner to maintain and build customer relations. This is a full-time position with a rotational shift schedule. Freshers are also encouraged to apply. The work location is in person.
