Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • HR Operations:

    Support day-to-day HR activities such as onboarding, documentation, attendance, and exit processes.
  • HR Reporting & Systems

    Provide support in creating HR reports and ad-hoc data requests using Workday and Excel. Assist in data analysis and process improvements, including building simple dashboards.
  • HR Communications

    Assist in preparing HR communications, ensuring timely distribution of messages. Help maintain an HR communication schedule for key processes.
  • Collaboration & Teamwork

    – Work closely with HR leaders and colleagues, taking ownership of assigned tasks while supporting team results in a professional and timely manner.
  • Policy & Procedure Administration:

    Assist in maintaining HR documents and intranet pages. Support policy reviews by coordinating with local HR teams and ensuring updates are reflected in employee records and related documents.
  • Compliance & Documentation:

    Help in preparing letters, maintaining employee files, and supporting audits or compliance checks and policy acknowledgements. 
  • Presentations

    - Creating high-impact, visually appealing deliverables.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Master’s degree with specialization in discipline of Business Management , preferably Human Resources. with 60% marks in academics throughout
  • 2–3years of experience in HR operations or support role (internship experience also considered).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capability to engage effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work both collaboratively in a team environment and independently to achieve objectives.
  • Creative and analytical problem-solving skills, with a structured approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
  • Willingness to learn and accept constructive feedback, with a proactive mindset toward skill development 
  • Conceptual clarity on technical concepts studied as part of the curriculum and strong ability to understand, analyze, and interpret data
  • Curiosity and a **habit of continuous learning** through reading HR content

    and trends.

    Strong communication and collaboration skills.
