Role: Agaram Partner Location: Chennai Experience: 1+ year Roles and responsibilities We seek a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as Agaram Partner. In this role, you will work with volunteers, students and resources in various tasks and projects. Additionally, you will gain hands-on experience and develop your skills in project coordination. Act as the primary liaison between Agaram Foundation and students. Ensure smooth execution of planned activities in coordination with Agaram team, volunteers, and resources. Encourage student participation and create an inclusive, supportive learning environment. Below are the list of roles and responsibilities. 1. Department Workshop Coordinate with volunteers, resources and students to schedule workshops. Identify resource persons and arrange logistics. Ensure students are informed, arrangements are done, and engaged during the session. 2. Social Sensitization Programs Organize sessions that build awareness of social issues (environment, equality, health, etc.). Motivate students to participate in community-driven activities. Document activities with photos and student feedbacks. 3. Mentoring Identify mentors (Volunteers, alumni,) and pair them with students. Monitor mentor-mentee interactions and ensure regular check-ins. 4. English Classes Arrange qualified trainers or volunteers to conduct classes. maintain student progress in communication, writing, and comprehension. 5. Computer Classes Coordinate with trainers/volunteers to deliver basic to advanced modules. Track student skill development in typing, MS Office, email usage, coding basics, etc. Arrange practical assignments and projects for better learning outcomes. 6. Monitoring and Reporting Maintain program-wise attendance, feedback, and impact assessment reports. Share monthly/quarterly updates with Agaram Foundation.
