Role Overview: You will be responsible for overseeing the daily aspects of projects or events, including managing timelines and budgets to ensure tasks are completed on schedule. Additionally, you will work closely with team members to coordinate workflow, assign tasks, manage schedules, and maintain relationships with external vendors and professionals. Your role will also involve providing administrative support by assisting with office supplies, organizing filing systems, and responding to inquiries. Facilitating communication between teams, management, and clients, documenting meeting minutes, and ensuring follow-up on action items will also be part of your responsibilities.
