Job Description:We are looking for a responsible and organized Part-Time Coordinator to support our chess training program for kids. The ideal candidate will assist in scheduling classes, communicating with parents, and coordinating with chess coaches to ensure smooth operations. Key Responsibilities:Coordinate class schedules between trainers and students. Communicate with parents regarding class timings, feedback, and progress. Manage student attendance and maintain records. Handle basic admin work like follow-up calls, WhatsApp updates, and fee reminders. Support trainers during classes (online or offline) when needed. Promote the program through local outreach or social media (optional but preferred). Requirements:Good communication and coordination skills Basic computer/mobile knowledge (Google Meet/Zoom, Excel/WhatsApp) Fluency in English and local language Prior experience in working with children or in an education setting is a plus Self-motivated and dependable.
