Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Cook with experience in preparing bulk meals efficiently while maintaining quality and hygiene. The cook will be responsible for daily food preparation for our cadet mess and staff meals, working closely with the head chef and support team. Key Responsibilities Prepare daily meals (vegetarian and non-vegetarian) for 300+ cadets and staff Ensure consistency in taste and timely service of meals Handle pressure during peak meal hours efficiently Follow hygienic food preparation and kitchen safety standards Maintain proper stock levels and assist in inventory management Maintain cleanliness of cooking area and utensils Coordinate with assistant chefs and helpers to manage workflow Support food preparation for special occasions or functions when required Required Qualifications and Skills Minimum 2 years of experience in cooking for hostels, canteens, institutions, or industrial kitchens Proficiency in preparing South Indian meals, with knowledge of North Indian dishes being an advantage Familiarity with cooking equipment, kitchen management, and bulk cooking methods Strong sense of discipline and time management Ability to work in a team and follow instructions Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in an educational or training institute setting Basic literacy for maintaining notes or labels (helpful, not mandatory) Work Schedule 6 days a week Shift-based work (morning and evening rotations) Food and uniform provided during duty How to Apply Apply directly through Indeed or email your CV to: hr@eurotechmaritime.org Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹9,989.89 - ₹47,080.57 per month Work Location: In person
