About EuroTech Maritime Academy EuroTech Maritime Academy is a leading maritime training institute based in Kochi, Kerala, known for its high standards in education, discipline, and student welfare. Our campus includes hostel facilities for students undergoing rigorous maritime training. Job Summary We are looking for a responsible and proactive Female Warden to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the girls’ hostel. The warden will be responsible for ensuring discipline, student well-being, and hostel facility management. Key Responsibilities Supervise all activities in the girl’s hostel and ensure safety and discipline Maintain attendance and movement registers Address student concerns and report issues to the administration Ensure hostel hygiene and coordinate with cleaning and kitchen staff Act as a point of contact between students and the management Enforce rules and guidelines to create a secure and respectful hostel environment Manage emergencies and respond promptly to incidents Required Qualifications and Skills Female candidates only Prior experience as a hostel warden/matron/house parent preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage young adults with patience and authority Physically fit and mentally alert to handle responsibilities Basic computer skills to maintain records (preferred) Work Schedule Residential (must stay in the hostel quarters) Weekly day off provided 24x7 availability for student support (with structured breaks) How to Apply Interested candidates can apply through Indeed or send their CV to: [email protected] Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹8,338.56 - ₹41,050.14 per month Work Location: In person
