Key Responsibilities 1. Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux servers, desktops, laptops, and networking devices. 2. Manage campus network, Wi-Fi, firewall, switches, and structured cabling. 3. Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of IT services. 4. Provide technical support to staff, faculty, and students for hardware, software, network, and application issues. 5. Perform root-cause analysis and implement long-term fixes. 6. Maintain IT helpdesk logs and ensure timely issue resolution. 7. Conduct regular backups, updates, and system audits. 8. Handle installation, configuration, and maintenance of academic software and college ERP systems. 9. Document IT procedures, configurations, and system changes. 10. Required Skills & Qualifications 11. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 12. 3–5 years of experience as a System Administrator or similar role. 13. Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, networking, and IT 14. Knowledge of ERP systems, CCTV management, and virtualization tools.
