We are a brand-new café dedicated to serving great food, quality tea, and excellent coffee in a warm and welcoming environment. We are looking for a motivated and reliable Cook to join our team and help bring our menu to life.

Role Overview

The Café Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items to a high standard, maintaining exceptional hygiene practices, and supporting smooth daily kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of café dishes according to recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure tea and coffee accompaniments (snacks, breakfast items, light meals, etc.) are prepared fresh and consistently.
• Maintain excellent kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety at all times.
• Assist in stock management, including receiving and storing ingredients properly.
• Collaborate with the café team to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
• Follow all food handling regulations and safety protocols.
• Contribute to menu development and improvements where needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a cook or kitchen assistant (café experience preferred but not essential).
• Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards (hygiene is mandatory).
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for preparing high-quality food and supporting a great café experience.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
