Job Title: Healthy Breakfast Chef Location: Noida Employment Type: Full-time Salary: “Commensurate with experience” Start Date: 1/10/2025 Job Summary:We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef with a strong background in preparing healthy breakfast meals, with a special emphasis on fresh salads, cold-pressed juices, and nutritious dishes. The ideal candidate is health-conscious, creative, and able to curate delicious, visually appealing, and nutrient-dense breakfast options. Key Responsibilities:Prepare and present a daily healthy breakfast menu, including but not limited to: Fresh green and mixed salads with house-made dressings Fresh fruit platters and smoothie bowls Cold-pressed juices and wellness shots High-protein, low-carb, or plant-based breakfast options Design and develop seasonal and health-focused menus with innovative ideas Ensure all ingredients are fresh, organic when possible, and stored properly Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety in the kitchen Collaborate with the management team to align menu offerings with nutritional goals and customer preferences Manage kitchen inventory and assist with sourcing fresh produce and ingredients Stay updated on food trends and health-conscious culinary techniques Qualifications:Proven experience as a breakfast chef, health food chef, or similar role In-depth knowledge of healthy cooking techniques and dietary requirements (vegan, gluten-free, keto, etc.) Expertise in making fresh salads, fruit juices, smoothies, and health-focused meals Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred, but not required Excellent time management and organizational skills Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and presentation Ability to work in a fast-paced, early morning environment Passion for health, wellness, and nutrition Preferred Skills:Knowledge of superfoods, detox juices, and nutrient balancing Experience in menu planning and nutritional analysis Ability to engage with customers and explain food benefits (if customer-facing) How to Apply:Please submit your resume along with a short cover letter and any relevant photos of your food creations or a portfolio (optional) to WhatsApp No - 9560059727.
