COO DWS India Project manager, Assistant Vice President

Job Description: As the COO DWS India Project Manager, Assistant Vice President at Deutsche Bank, you will play a crucial role in delivering world-class services across essential Technology and Operations capabilities. You will be responsible for managing financial aspects, portfolio governance, workforce planning, vendor management, stakeholder management, and APAC responsibilities. Your role will involve partnering with finance, program directors, technology management, business product owners, and various stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective operations. Key Responsibilities: - Financial management: Budgeting and planning entity level costs and allocations, managing P&L for DWS India entity, and forecasting project deliveries. - Portfolio Governance: Designing and executing strategies for portfolios, monitoring milestones, and ensuring tech plans align with client needs. - Workforce planning: Developing workforce strategy, setting up hiring controls, and driving location strategy to support global client needs. - Vendor management: Managing vendor relationships, negotiating costs, and ensuring timely delivery at a reasonable cost. - Stakeholder management: Preparing technology performance reports for meetings with senior management, clients, and regulators. - APAC responsibilities: Managing country and APAC level employee engagement, internalization, D&I initiatives, and administrative responsibilities. Qualifications Required: Must Have: - Overall experience of 8+ years with at least 3 years in the role of COO or project management. - Post Graduate with specialization in Finance or Business Management. - Detail-oriented and ability to work independently under pressure. - Excellent written and organizational skills. - Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint). Desirable Skills: - Passion for technology and business strategy. - Well-organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload. - Ability to present data in an understandable way and solve problems logically. - Project management experience is beneficial.
