As the COO DWS India Project Manager, Assistant Vice President, you will play a crucial role in delivering world-class services across essential Technology and Operations capabilities. Key Responsibilities: - **Financial Management:** - Budgeting and planning entity level costs and allocations. - Managing P&L for DWS India entity in partnership with finance. - Utilizing project management systems for financial forecasting using tools like dbClarity. - **Portfolio Governance:** - Designing and executing strategy for portfolio (programme & project) with programme directors. - Monitoring milestones and deliveries to aid the Tech: chief technology officers and business product owners. - **Workforce Planning:** - Driving workforce strategy for the business from internal and external workforce standpoint. - Setting up hiring controls and driving location strategy to ensure global support to clients. - **Vendor Management:** - Managing relationships with vendors and right-sizing vendor footprint. - Driving cost negotiations to provide accurate and timely delivery at a reasonable cost. - **Stakeholder Management:** - Preparing technology performance and achievements deck for meetings with senior technology management, business, clients, and regulators. - **APAC Responsibilities:** - Leveraging the team to manage country and APAC level employee engagement, internalization, D&I initiatives, and entity level administrative responsibilities. Qualification Required: - **Skills You'll Need:** - Overall experience of 8+ years with at least 3 years in the role of COO or project management. - Post Graduate with specialization in Finance or Business Management. - Detail-oriented, ability to work independently and under pressure. - Excellent written communication and organization skills. - Highly proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint). - **Desirable Skills:** - Liking and passion for technology and business strategy. - Well-organized, able to multitask and prioritize workload. - Ability to present data in an understandable and relevant way. - Creative, self-starter with an interest in working in a fast-paced environment. - Project management experience is beneficial.
