Back Key Responsibilities Design, map, and document conversational flows that reflect customer needs and business goals across various channels (voice, chat, messaging platforms, etc ) Write natural, empathetic dialogues that feel intuitive and authentic, ensuring a positive user experience Work closely with product, design, and AI teams to ensure the conversational strategy aligns with the companys vision, customer expectations, and business requirements Lead brainstorming sessions to evolve conversation strategies and bring innovative solutions Continuously test and refine conversational flows to ensure a seamless, user-friendly experience Analyze customer interaction data to identify patterns, pain points, and opportunities for improvement Utilize tools and platforms like Google Dialog flow, IBM Watson, or other conversational AI platforms to develop and optimize conversational agents Stay updated on industry trends and technologies in AI and conversational design to continuously improve and innovate Collaborate with AI engineers to implement feedback loops and fine-tune AI models to improve responses, tone, and accuracy Train conversational agents by providing examples and adjusting dialogues based on user behavior and feedback Measure and report on key performance metrics (such as engagement rates, conversation success, and customer satisfaction) to assess and optimize performance Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role Experience in conversational design, UX writing, or a related field, particularly in the AI or technology industry Strong experience with CCAI platforms (e g , Google Dialog flow, Microsoft Bot Framework, or similar) Background in designing conversational experiences for voice assistants, chatbots, and virtual agents Additional Information Job Type Full Time Work ProfileHybrid (Work from Office/ Hybrid) Years of Experience8-10 Years LocationBangalore What We Offer Competitive salaries and comprehensive health benefits Flexible work hours and remote work options Professional development and training opportunities A supportive and inclusive work environment
