Conversational Designer

As a Conversational Designer for Conversational AI at IDFC First Bank, your role will involve designing natural, engaging, and human-like conversational experiences for AI-powered chatbots and voice assistants. You will be responsible for crafting dialogues, intent flows, and interactions to enhance customer engagement and self-service. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design intuitive and user-friendly conversation flows for chatbots and voice assistants. - Create structured dialogues, intents, and responses to ensure seamless human-AI interactions. - Define the tone, language style, and personality of AI-driven conversations for consistency across platforms. - Work closely with NLP engineers and AI teams to enhance intent recognition and chatbot accuracy. - Analyze user interactions, drop-off points, and feedback to optimize conversational design. - Develop guidelines for multi-turn dialogues, contextual memory, and fallback responses. - Collaborate with Product Managers, AI/ML teams, and UX Designers to improve conversational AI capabilities. - Stay updated on best practices in Conversational AI, NLP trends, and user psychology. - Test and iterate conversational designs based on real-world user interactions. **Qualifications Required:** - Graduation: Bachelors degree in any relevant stream. - Post-graduation: Any stream. - Experience: 03+ years of relevant experience.
