Conversational Designer

The Conversational Designer - Conversational AI at IDFC First Bank is responsible for crafting natural, engaging, and human-like conversational experiences for AI-powered chatbots and voice assistants. In this role, you will design dialogues, intent flows, and interactions to enhance customer engagement and self-service. You will be involved in designing intuitive and user-friendly conversation flows for chatbots and voice assistants. This includes creating structured dialogues, intents, and responses that foster seamless human-AI interactions. Additionally, you will define the tone, language style, and personality of AI-driven conversations to maintain consistency across platforms. Collaboration is a key aspect of this role, as you will work closely with NLP engineers and AI teams to enhance intent recognition and chatbot accuracy. By analyzing user interactions, drop-off points, and feedback, you will optimize conversational design and develop guidelines for multi-turn dialogues, contextual memory, and fallback responses. Furthermore, you will collaborate with Product Managers, AI/ML teams, and UX Designers to improve conversational AI capabilities. Staying updated on best practices in Conversational AI, NLP trends, and user psychology is essential. You will also conduct tests and iterate on conversational designs based on real-world user interactions. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in any relevant stream and at least 3 years of relevant experience. Post-graduation in any stream is also desirable.,
