Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Controls Manager to lead our Operational Risk Analytics and Reporting team, ensuring the highest standards of risk management and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operational risk analytics and reporting, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective controls to mitigate operational risks.

Analyze and report on operational risk metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and assess operational risks.

Design and maintain risk models and frameworks to support business decision-making.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
