Controls Execution and Management BA PM

As a candidate with strong analytical skills, you will be responsible for supporting the monitoring, management, and performance of key controls for the data operations and metric production process at Citi. Your role will involve collecting, analyzing, reviewing, reporting, documenting, and communicating business controls needs and requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Support the building and implementation of key controls for the metrics production process - Assist banking metrics teams in risk identification and developing an effective controls environment for regulatory compliance - Assess design adequacy of controls, test operating effectiveness, and advise/control owners on implementation - Execute assessment of development, monitoring, and testing design for controls in alignment with Policies, Procedures, and Standards - Identify and address barriers to execution, mitigate risks, and provide solutions - Utilize analytical tools like SQL, Excel, and Tableau for data analysis to support decision-making Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in the Banking or Finance industry, with a focus on data management, governance, or quality programs - Experience with data concern management frameworks and regulatory requirements is advantageous - Familiarity with Citi's technology architecture and multiple asset classes is a plus - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across diverse teams - Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Strong risk and control mindset - Proven ability to work effectively with large, complex, and diverse teams - Strong organizational skills to navigate complex systems and management processes Education: Bachelors/University degree preferred If you are a person with a disability and require accommodation to use search tools or apply for a career opportunity, review the Accessibility at Citi.
