Controls Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Controls Engineer with 5 to 11 years of experience to join our team in Khadi, Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in controls design activities and experience working with relevant industry domains.

• Design and develop control panels using AutoCAD Electrical/Eplan.
• Prepare IO lists, logic diagrams, functional design specifications, and load calculations.
• Commission automation packages and ensure successful project execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to control systems.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or Master's degree in Engineering (M.Tech) in Electronics, Instrumentation, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in controls design activities under relevant industry domains.
• Strong knowledge of PLC/DCS/SCADA programming using Siemens/Allen Bradley systems.
• Experience with integrated tools such as Maestro, COMOS, and TIA Portal or Studio 5000.
• Strong understanding of HMI systems like ICONICS and WinCC.
• Good communication skills and command over English, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in MS Office Tools, Power BI, JIRA, etc.
• Well-versed in global environment including North America & EMEA and adept in cross-cultural team functioning.
• Be conversant with MS Office Tools, Power BI, JIRA, etc.
• Good exposure of Customer handling / Meetings.
