Job Title: HR & Admin Executive Company Overview: We are a leading manufacturer of PLC-based Special Purpose Machines (SPMs) , delivering cutting-edge automation solutions to diverse industries. With a workforce of around 40 employees and a customised HR software in place, we are seeking an energetic HR & Admin Executive to support and optimize our people and administrative operations. Key Responsibilities: Human Resource Functions: Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities (posting jobs, screening, interviews, offer letters). Manage employee onboarding and documentation using the in-house HR software. Employee Engagement & Welfare Organize employee engagement initiatives and internal communication. Monitor employee morale and address basic grievances in coordination with senior management. Attendance & Payroll Support Ensure accurate attendance records and leave tracking via HR software. Support the accounts team with timely payroll data (attendance, leaves, deductions, etc.). Performance Management Assist in implementing appraisal cycles and maintaining KRA/KPI records. Training & Development Coordinate technical and soft-skill training programs for employees. Compliance & Record Management Maintain up-to-date employee records. Ensure HR compliance with applicable labor laws and statutory requirements. Administrative Functions: Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and general office upkeep. Handle travel and accommodation arrangements for employees and guests. Coordinate facility maintenance, AMC schedules, and service contracts. Support management in organizing internal meetings, audits, and visitor coordination. Key Skills Required: Proficiency in handling HRMS or customized HR software . Good understanding of HR processes and labor laws . Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources / Business Administration / related field. 2–3 years of experience in HR & Admin, preferably in a manufacturing or automation environment. Exposure to shopfloor HR coordination is a plus. Reporting To: Managing Director
