Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Handle day-to-day banking operations by coordinating with bankers for fund management, payments, and resolution of operational issues.
Manage investment operations including execution and accounting of mutual fund and bond transactions, in coordination with portfolio managers and bankers.
Maintain accurate accounting records and perform reconciliation of investment portfolios and bank accounts on a regular basis.
Oversee accounting, tracking, and reporting of lender claims related to mortgage guarantee payouts.
Manage employee reimbursement claims and its accounting and maintain supporting trackers and reports for expense claims.
Support month-end financial closing activities including preparation of MIS and internal management reports.
Ensure proper coordination and compliance with internal processes and documentation related to treasury and investment operations.
