Job Description

Position Bookkeeper

Location – Noida ( Sector 62 Noida )

Experience – 2 to 3 years

Immediate joiners preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Record daily financial transactions in accounting software (QuickBooks / Xero / other).
Maintain ledgers, reconcile accounts, and ensure accuracy of financial data.
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Reconcile bank and credit card statements monthly.
Assist in preparation of financial reports, balance sheets, and income statements.
Prepare and maintain supporting documentation and filing systems.
Ensure compliance with Canadian accounting standards and company policies.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar finance role.
Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero & Tally).
Strong MS Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, etc.).
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
Familiarity with Canadian payroll, taxes, and GST/HST filings is an asset.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Certification in bookkeeping (CPB or similar) is a plus.
2+ year of eperience working with Canadian clients or firms.
