You have found the right team. **Role Overview:** As a Controllers Data Transformation- Vice President in our Finance team, you will spend each day defining, refining, and delivering set goals for our firm. **Key Responsibilities:** - Spearhead the integration of cutting-edge technologies, including Large Language Model (LLM) APIs, to drive scalable product development and enhance strategic transformation initiatives. - Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy that aligns with company goals, fostering innovation across technology and product domains to build future-readiness. - Optimize business processes, streamline workflows, and enhance operational efficiency. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements, drive operational efficiencies, and enhance customer experience. - Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including board members, regulators, and industry partners. - Track the progress of transformation initiatives, analyze results, and provide regular reports to management. - Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing team of transformation professionals. - Act as a subject matter expert and advisor to new or lower-level employees. - Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding assets. - Drive compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to policy and applying sound ethical judgment. - Directly impact the business by influencing strategic functional decisions through advice, counsel, or provided services. - Persuade and influence others through comprehensive communication and diplomacy skills. **Qualifications Required:** - Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or equivalent field. - 15+ years of overall IT Experience working as a Transformation lead, Data. - Technology literacy in ETL (Export, Transform, and Load Automation), AI ML as a technology, Workflow automation, Robot process automation, Data Science, and Statistics. - Experience with statistical techniques - i.e. data mining, data transformations, text mining, data visualization. - Comfort with ambiguity and proven ability to structure problems. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. *(Note: The additional details of the company are not provided in the job description.)*,
