About the Role:

The main objective of the Control-Tower Manager is to ensure Live Operation Management and support to our field force i.e Phlebotomists who collect the sample and Runners who bring the sample to Lab. We maintain strict

The role requires Management experience to manage a team of 20+ people who directly support the fleet on the ground. The role will require working with Operations leadership and product to push innovation, Improvements and excellence.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- CT Manager is responsible for designing solutions for operations verticals in order to drive future capabilities for bringing in speed, reliability, and efficiency. Must be a - Go-getter with excellent data analytical skills to solve operational challenges in overall supply chain management.

- Work closely with the City and Central Logistics Operation team toward creating scalable models and driving performance in Logistics planning and execution metrics.

- Help with coordination and execution of all the projects under the design team and automation requirements with BI teams.

- Ensure operational excellence and improvement to achieve operational KPIs.

- Interact with different verticals in the organization to drive and execution of projects to improve the speed and reliability OKRs.

- Ensuring overall metrics and KPIs are tracked and documented related to day-to-day performance and report evaluation.

- Pilot, Implementation and stabilization of all major collection and return logistics revamps PAN India

- Analyze data, identify issues & work with City Ops, Product, and Central Ops to reduce to ensure consistent delivery

CRITICAL EXPERIENCE

- Graduate from Tier 1/2 Engineering or Management colleges

- 6-8 years of overall experience with Ecommerce, Logistics and Supply chain Organizations.

- Fast learner and ability to adapt quickly to a Startup culture.

- Program Management experience with good stakeholder management across Pan India locations.

- KPIs Handled: Performance evaluation, Control Tower operations, Program Management, Capable of handling a team size of 20-30 folks.
