Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and manage a global control testing and risk assessment program
Develop frameworks for 1st and 2nd line control testing
Build and lead a team of senior analysts and risk professionals
Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Information Security, Risk Management, and Audit teams
Identify risk exposure, control gaps, and suggest mitigation strategies
Develop awareness and training around control frameworks across the organization
Maintain alignment with global compliance standards (ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, SOX, GDPR)

Desired Skills & Experience:

12+ years of experience in Information Security, Risk Management, or IT Audit
5+ years of team leadership experience
Strong understanding of GRC frameworks and IT risk assessment methodologies
Hands-on experience with control testing, internal audits, or compliance assessments
Knowledge of tools such as RSA Archer, PowerBI, PowerApps, Excel
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Preferred certifications: CISSP, CISA, CISM, CRISC, CIA

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
Industry certifications in risk, audit, or cybersecurity preferred
