Job Description

Purpose/Objective


    The NOMC-SM is responsible for monitoring, managing, and optimizing field operations through real-time system oversight, ensuring seamless task allocation, timely issue resolution, and operational efficiency. This role involves leveraging advanced tools and analytics to track performance metrics, address system discrepancies, and provide actionable insights that drive alignment with organizational objectives. By fostering collaboration with internal teams and external partners, the team member ensures the successful execution of field activities, adherence to compliance standards, and continuous improvement in operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities of Role


    NOMC-SM Operational Excellence: Ensure real-time monitoring and seamless execution of field operations by leveraging advanced tools and systems to track field activities, allocate tasks efficiently, and minimize operational disruptions in line with NOMC's control responsibilities. Drive continuous improvements in workflow efficiency by analyzing system-generated performance metrics, identifying bottlenecks in field operations, and implementing data-driven corrective actions to align with NOMC's objectives of maintaining operational continuity. Governance, Compliance, and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies by actively monitoring NOMC system processes, validating adherence to field execution protocols, and addressing operational discrepancies promptly to avoid compliance breaches. Mitigate risks through proactive issue resolution by maintaining audit-ready documentation, adhering to defined workflows, and ensuring operational processes are secure and resilient, reducing risks associated with data inaccuracies or delays. Stakeholder Management: Drive alignment of NOMC control functions with field execution priorities by facilitating seamless coordination with internal stakeholders, resolving operational challenges, and ensuring task assignments meet organizational goals. Ensure uninterrupted operational monitoring by fostering strong partnerships with external vendors and technology providers, driving timely resolution of technical issues, seamless system upgrades, and consistent technical support. Technology and Innovation: Drive measurable improvements in operational efficiency by implementing advanced Workforce Management Systems and real-time dashboards, enabling precise task tracking and streamlined NOMC functions. Deliver enhanced monitoring capabilities by leveraging actionable system data and adopting emerging technologies, ensuring technological upgrades align with organizational goals and optimize field operations. Qualifications and Experience


    Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, or equivalent), Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Work Experience (Range of years): 2–5 years of experience in operational monitoring, project coordination, or control center roles, preferably in utility, energy, or similar industries.
