Roles and Responsibilities Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve their concerns in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information about products/services to customers through effective communication skills. Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software (if required). Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance metrics. Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and processes to ensure compliance. Desired Candidate Profile 0-1 year of experience in BPO voice process or similar industry. Fresher can also apply. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi speaking language. Strong computer knowledge with proficiency in MS Office applications. Fluent English language skills for clear understanding of customer queries.
