Job Summary:

Sales Order Management Professional

  • Must-Have: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Must-Have: Strong letter drafting skills

  • Must-Have: Ability to speak in Hindi (spoken communication)

  • Open to both Male and Female candidates

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Management:

  • Receive and process customer orders in the ERP system.
  • Verify accuracy of pricing, delivery terms, product codes, taxes, and schedules.
  • Coordinate with production, planning, and inventory for timely execution.
  • Documentation & Technical Submissions:

  • Maintain organized documentation for orders, contracts, and dispatches.
  • Coordinate with design/engineering teams to collect and submit technical documents (e.g., drawings, datasheets, QAPs).
  • Track submission dates, approvals, and customer responses.
  • Communication & Letter Drafting:

  • Draft professional letters and emails for customer correspondence, clarifications, time extension requests, contract amendments, and follow-ups.
  • Ensure high standards in written communication—clear, concise, and grammatically correct.
  • Act as a communication link between clients and internal departments.
  • Customer Coordination & Payment Follow-up:

  • Communicate order status, delays, and delivery schedules to clients in both

    English and Hindi

  • Follow up with customers for

    receivables and pending payments

    as per commercial terms.
  • Support the finance team with billing documentation and payment reconciliations.
  • Dispatch & Delivery Coordination:

  • Coordinate with stores/logistics for on-time dispatch.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance in dispatch documents (invoices, packing list, e-way bills, etc.).
  • Reporting:

  • Maintain dashboards for open orders, document status, dispatch timelines, and receivables.
  • Share regular MIS reports with management.
  • Travel:

  • Willingness to travel for customer meetings, dispatch follow-ups, or project-related coordination (as needed).

  • Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Commerce or related field.
  • 3–7 years of relevant experience in sales order processing/documentation in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written) – Mandatory

  • Ability to speak in Hindi – Mandatory

  • Strong business letter/email drafting skills – Mandatory

  • ERP system experience (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) and good proficiency in MS Excel/Word.

  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in

    electrical equipment manufacturing Industry
