Rajkamal Prakashan Pvt. Ltd., one of India’s foremost literary publishing houses, is looking for a Contracts Manager to join its team in New Delhi. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong legal expertise with a passion for publishing and is eager to work in a fast-paced, intellectually stimulating environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage copyright registrations, assignments, and succession matters

* Negotiate and draft contracts related to publishing, rights, and licensing

* Pitch titles to domestic and international publishers for rights offerings

* Maintain records and documentation of all contractual agreements

* Liaise with authors, agents, and publishing partners on rights-related issues

Desired Skills & Qualifications

* Degree in Law or equivalent professional experience in contracts or legal management

* Strong understanding of Indian copyright law and publishing industry standards

* Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills

* Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines

* Familiarity with contract management tools and workflow systems

* Prior experience in publishing, media, or intellectual property law preferred
