Contracts Manager (MEP)

Job Description

Responsibilities Oversee and manage all aspects of contracts related to Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) projects within the construction industry. Develop and implement contract management strategies to ensure timely execution and delivery of projects. Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and agreements with suppliers, subcontractors, and other relevant stakeholders. Review and analyze contract performance to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities. Provide guidance and support to project teams on contractual matters and dispute resolution. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all contract management activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize project outcomes and deliverables. Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and records of all contract-related activities. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in contract management to enhance operational efficiency. Contribute to the overall strategic objectives of the organization by aligning contract management practices with business goals Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.
