Assistant Manager - Graphic Designer

Job Description

Purpose/Objective The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visual concepts to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate consumers in the Real Estate industry. The candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing their creative skills and understanding of branding in the real estate sector. Key Responsibilities of Role - Conceptualize and design visual content for various marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, digital advertisements, and social media posts - Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand design requirements and develop innovative concepts - Create and maintain the visual brand identity across all platforms, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines - Produce high-quality graphics and illustrations for both print and digital platforms - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance design quality and impact - Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback to enhance the final output - Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks effectively - Collaborate with external agencies and vendors for specialized design requirements Technical Competencies Interpersonal Skills,Hands on Knowledge of Required Softwares,Knowledge of Print Design and Digital Design,Visual Communication Qualifications and Experience - Bachelor's Degree - 7-10 Years of Experience in Graphic Designing, preferably in Real Estate Sector. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
