As a Contract Manager at our company, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the end-to-end contract management process to ensure alignment with business objectives and mitigate risks effectively. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the end-to-end contract management process, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing contracts - Developing and implementing standardized contract templates and processes tailored to the Ropeways business units' operational needs - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure contract compliance with internal policies and external legal requirements - Identifying and mitigating contractual risks through thorough risk assessments and implementing appropriate safeguards - Providing expert guidance on dispute resolution for timely and effective resolution of contractual disagreements - Supporting project acquisition efforts by evaluating contractual terms and conditions during bidding and negotiation phases - Maintaining a comprehensive repository of contracts and related documentation for easy access and audit readiness - Monitoring contract performance and compliance to ensure adherence to agreed terms and conditions - Staying updated on industry trends, legal developments, and best practices in contract management to enhance the Ropeways unit's contractual capabilities For this role, we require the following qualifications and experience: - Bachelors degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field; a Masters degree is preferred - 10 to 15 years of experience in contract management, with a focus on infrastructure or construction projects - Proven expertise in risk assessment, dispute resolution, and compliance within the infrastructure sector Additionally, we prefer candidates with advanced certifications in Contract Management or Project Management.
