Contract Engineer Infrastructure / Civil Projects

Contract Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Review, prepare, and interpret
contract documents, work orders, and tender submissions
.
Prepare and verify
Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
, cost estimates, and rate analysis.
Ensure compliance with
contractual terms, technical specifications, and legal requirements
.
Handle
subcontractor billing, client billing, and verification of quantities
.
Maintain and track
variations, claims, change orders, and extensions of time (EOT)
.
Coordinate with
clients, consultants, procurement teams, and project managers
for smooth execution.
Assist in
contract negotiations
and support dispute resolution.
Prepare and present
MIS reports
on contractual and financial progress.

Skills & Qualifications

BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering
.
510 years experience in
contract management
for
infrastructure / civil projects
.
Strong knowledge of
highway projects, bridge construction, EPC projects, and urban infrastructure
.
Familiarity with
FIDIC conditions of contract
and government tender processes.
Proficiency in
MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management software
.
Excellent
negotiation, documentation, and communication skills
.
