Contractor-Billable Key Responsibilities: Handle correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate communication with internal and external stakeholders. Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with the utmost discretion. Prepare presentations, reports, and documents for meetings with clients, partners, and internal teams. Assist in the preparation and tracking of sales operations reports, KPIs, and metrics. Support the VP in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and other sales operations tasks. Organize and coordinate team meetings, ensuring action items are documented and followed up on. Manage special projects as assigned by the VP of Sales, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are achieved. Coordinate with the sales team and help resolve any operational issues or bottlenecks that may arise. Key Requirements: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Secretary, preferably within a sales or operations environment. Strong understanding of sales operations processes, including CRM systems, sales forecasting, and performance tracking. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Google Workspace, and sales-related tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment with a proactive and solution-oriented approach. Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
