Job Summary:

C2H Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruitment for
Contract-to-Hire (C2H)
positions.
Source candidates using job portals, databases, social media, referrals, and networking.
Screen and assess candidates for technical, functional, and cultural fit.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients.
Negotiate offers, rate cards, and ensure smooth onboarding of C2H employees.
Maintain candidate pipelines and talent pools for recurring roles.
Work closely with clients or internal stakeholders to understand requirements.
Track and update recruitment metrics, ensuring timely closures.

Required Skills & Experience:

35 years of proven recruitment experience (minimum 2 years in
C2H hiring
).
Strong knowledge of IT/Non-IT skill hiring across levels.
Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, job boards, ATS, and other sourcing tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes, compliance, and contract models.

Good to Have:

Prior experience in a
consulting/staffing firm
or client-facing recruitment role.
Exposure to vendor management systems (VMS) and client engagement.
Knowledge of different hiring models (contract, C2H, permanent).

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR is a plus.
